INTERCESSION
A Call to Prayer- Luke 18: 1men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Intercessory prayers offered in times of joy or trials up hold one and others. Prayer is of unspeakable importance and has immense power. When we pray for others, God hears and answers with miracles. It is a great experience to partner with others in prayers and when we do so we become a blessing to them. Let us be on our guard and not slumber as the enemy is always trying to distract us from our blessings. Beloved arise! Pray for yourselves; intercede for the ministry, for the salvation of souls and for Nations. We must continue to draw near unto the Lord through daily communion as there is so much to request and we need Him to help us each moment of the day. James 4: 7-8 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
I enjoin you to deliberately withdraw yourself from all needless distractions, close your ears to the voices of the world, prepare yourself to part for ever from self and make communion-with-the-father an exciting vocation again. Look at the life of David, he says, Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. (Psalm 55:17). David sought the Lord in the morning, at noon and at night. If a king prayed thus for God's blessings; much more is our need to seek Him at all times. Be desirous for God's companionship as in Psalm 63:1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.
Here at the Godhead Interdenominational Prayer Ministry, we believe that prayer is not just a means of ministry, but a matter of the heart; a way of life. It is not just about performing a duty, but walking daily in a relationship, a loving partnership with God. This kind of intercessory prayer life requires a heart that is perfected in love, a habit of devotion, a deep confidence in God and His Word, and reliance upon the Holy Spirit. These are the principles of apostolic prayer as taught by the Apostles themselves in scriptures. Therefore, maintain a daily walk with Christ through study, regular fasting and meditation.
Words on marble
"There is need for us today to be able to transform our spiritual energy into prayer so that through prayers we may be able to construct a spiritual conduit through which God can intervene on behalf of His Church."
Apostle (Dr.) Gordon Osagiede
Words on marble
"Pray God's word back to Him that is what He responds to, not your feelings or emotions."
Apostle (Mrs.) Eunice Gordon
