The Ministry seeks to partner with other end-time Ministries to accomplish God's work of establishing His Kingdom here on earth.  The main thrust of the Ministry is to expand God's Kingdom on earth by the power of the Holy Spirit, making disciples of all men, women and youths and equipping them to fulfil the Great Commission.  Matthew 28: 19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: ²⁰ Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. The Godhead Prayer Ministry Worldwide is in covenant with AZUSA World Ministries, Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A.

Drs. Alfred and Beverly Craig have been married since 1974 and in ministry for as long; they graduated from Crenshaw Christian Centre (CCC) Ministry Training Institute (MTI), Los Angeles, California, U.S.A in 1993. In the same year, Dr. Alfred was ordained by Dr. Frederick K.C. Price of the Crenshaw Christian Centre (CCC) and Apostle Craig founded AZUSAWorldMinistriesCommunityChurch and Training Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Today the Church has many branches in the U.S.A and in Africa. MTI is designed to equip men and women as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers and ministry of helps; first came to Africa in the year 2000 starting in Kenya and then spreading to Nigeria in 2003. Today thousands of students around the world have benefited from MTI and in January 2008 we had the first set of graduates under Spirit & Life Bible church and Godhead Prayer Ministry in Nigeria with the 3 year diploma course in Practical Theology / Degree in Ministry.

2008 saw the launch of Ministry Training Institute (MTI)Nigeria for Visionaries, General Overseers, Pastors, Leaders and Workers in Ministry in Abuja, F.C.T and in Benin City, EdoState.
